Terms of Service

By accessing or using the HMO System website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms are provided as a template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication.

HMO System provides white-label development team services to agencies. Specific scope, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual service agreements between HMO System and the client agency.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created for agency clients are owned by the agency upon full payment. HMO System retains no rights to client-facing work product delivered under white-label arrangements.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. HMO System operates under strict white-label confidentiality — we do not contact or identify ourselves to agency clients.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMO System shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HMO System is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
